That should be condemmed its a disgrace, how can you leave a job like that, its easier and quicker to fit stand off clips every 18"and use a bending machine, and the wiring disgraceful, why not use some conduit to keep it neat, you would be suprised how neat my work is,i am a expert with a bending machine maybe thats why im quick as a boiler change i cut the pipes low as i can fit clips then use bends so the only fittings i use are conex couplings and end feed elbows from the boiler connections, and end feed on the gas,so piping a boiler can take 45 mins ,and its perfect.I will cut the pipes under worktops and bring them up straight on a boiler change rather than have the pipes on show being crossed over ,because im quick dont mean im rough.I work on using less fittings i can ,so drops if i can i will use one piece from the drop to valve, with it looking very neat and as i say clips in place and then bend one piece and it can take me to hang and dress a rad, then fit stand offs every 18 ",then pipe the rad from drops 1/2 hour.so 4 rads off drops, from hanging to piping them,2 hours, even les if there up and dressed.I changed a euro combi to a 28 i junior conndenser on saturday from getting there at 8.30 am i was all done by 11am.I have left a cleanser in until this saturday, when ill add inhibator aftyer cleaning it out.I also must say,I fitted from 1999 to 2003 over 350, 24i and the only fault i have had more than a handful is gas valves,so they were cracking boilers.
