Yeah, but not Uo (TN system) so reading between the lines although the label is not required as a Uo of 230v has not been exceeded, there are certain circumstances where it is best practice to go over and above the regs and fit the labels.
So just to clear it up. Although it is a good idea to use common sense and install the warning sticker so that anyone working on the circuit/fixture is made instantly aware and therfore making the installation safer , we won't do it unless someone tells us to explicitly in writing and we have a specific reg in front of us. Thats sad

WE do all that still with the 400v because IT was in the 15th regs.
It is as you say changed to Uo in the 16th Old habits
