Hi all,
I am part way through a major redecoration project and we have just rewired the lighting upstairs. This is a 1930s semi with an unfelted roof, so naturally a lot of dust and rubbish ends up on anything stored in the attic.
The previous owners had tried to combat this by nailing up pieces of hardboard to about 3/4 of the roof height, but a lot of them have warped and pulled out. Rather than putting up more hardboard, does anyone have an easy solution to allow the roof to breathe, but prevent (or reduce) the steady fall of debris from the roof?
I was thinking that there must be some sort of porous sheeting I could staple up?
Any suggestions gratefully appreciated!
Iain
