we have a sunvic207XL which was ok until yesterday when we noticed the water was cold. On checking the time settings we found that although the screen was lit it is totally blank. we have had no power cuts to affect it.does this mean it is now ready to throw out.
If you have replace the battery and there is nothing displayed, the Sunvic is probably dead. I know it shouldn't happen to something less than three years old - but it does.
You could try phoning Sunvic (01698 812944) and ask their advice/complain about their shoddy product etc.
