I have a Honeywell CM67RF Thermostat model T667D. I need the installer and user instructions but cannot find them for this unit. There are CM67RF manuals to download via Honeywell but the picture of the model is differen to mine. Theirs has the slider switch to the left side of the stat, mine has no slider switch but it is stamped as the CM67RF and has T6667D on the underside.

Send an email to uk.infocentre"at"honeywell.com. You should be able to get a free manual.

The part no T6667D seems to be used for both the early and later versions of the CM67RF. If you can find any other number on the unit it will probably help

The new one is also known as Y6667D1086. The old ones can be either Y6667C1013 or Y6667C1021 (these are the part numbers of the complete pack, i.e. wall unit and remote receiver)

Its the Y6667D 1086 CM67 RF+ Optimum Start Programmable Room Thermostat model.

That is very strange as, according to Honeywell that was the latest version of the CM67RF.

Did you buy it new as a complete pack or off Ebay?

Probably a silly question ;) but you do realize that the front panel hinges up to allow access to the hidden buttons and switches?

I bought it as a pack from e-bay, under the flap there is no slider switch, the only display is the temp which I can adj up or down, the i button displays the current oom temp. None of the other buttons work. Its stuck on auto and tues

Welcome to Ebay.

Just as well we don't try to save money fitting their cack in your houses, isn't it?

Was it sold as New or Used?

If there is no switch under the flap it is definitely not the Y6667D1086 version. If was advertised on Ebay as the Y6667D1086 you should get in touch with the seller and ask for your money back. If that does not work, raise a formal complaint with Ebay.

If you can tell me the Ebay item number, I'll have a look at the advert.

Sorry, but I think you have bought a dud

I have contacted honeywell who tell me the version I have was made and sold thru only 1 uk supplier for the Premier Inn chain.

I need a code to unlock it and even then it will not carryout all the functions.

Any1 know the code?

Sorry to learn you have been done

As I said previously, you need to contact the seller and ask for your money back. If he/she refuses, raise a formal complaint with Ebay and post a negative comment against the seller.

PS

If the device does not do everything a standard one does, it won't be much use to you; so what's the point asking for the unlocking code?
