Got a Neff dishwasher. Once started the LCD program timer shows 2hrs. Gets you around 15 mins then goes back up to around the 2 hours mark again taking a total of around 4hrs plus to complete a cycle. Any ideas if this is normal or a known issue. Thanks

Am good at not using any other hot water tap when someone is showering, other members of the house often forget. Ideally I would like solar thermal panels but would need a tank etc as currently only got a combi so not sure if worth the investment, anyway am going off topic.

No we would never do that just one shower at a time. Its the fact we have 18 radiators is the issue, or hopefully not an issue.
