Hi clever pepes. It's been 4 years since my new boiler and rads where fitted. My question is the gas man has run radiator pipes directly next to gas pipes. The rad pipes get really hot and the gas pipe that runs above one line of hot water pipe get quite hot should I be concerned? :roll: ...

oooooooooooooh, really, I think I'm in love with that gas pipe :D and the car is soooooooooooo funky. S/he had the grace to not nick quotes :shock:

What to do..... make a curry, feed the cat, have a bath .... YES I HAVE A TANK OF WATER .... HOT enough for a nice hot tub. Turned everything off again now. Will do the same again and again until can afford Mr Corgi. mmmmmmmmm at least i'm not cold .... wouldn't like that AT ALL :wink...

could it be that the hot water that should be going into tank is circulating back into the rads as it has nowhere else to go? :roll:

NO think you have cracked it. if heating wont turn off, like you said, suggests water is trying to push through just can't get into tank sufficiently to heat quickly enough buuuuuummmmmmerrrr - new tank perhaps . it's getting worse!! :x
