    All perfectly normal mate. The pump doesn't run for dhw as its a dual pass heat exchanger. Pump will overrun after heat demand to distrubute remaining heat from boiler. Dave PS. a modena 80/102 will give you pretty much same info as they are more or less the same boiler. Obviously...

    Punctuation is the key lol. On this boiler there is a small copper tube that connects to the right side of the combustion box. Try removing said pipe and make sure its clear. Of cause only if your Gas Safe Registered HTH Dave

    Have you checked the pcb protection fuse? I think on that model its under the cover to the left of the pcb. Be aware if it is blown something has caused it to blow. Possible causes: fan, pump, water entering one of the flow switches. Fix cause first then remedy. HTH Dave

    If you look on the inside of the drop down panel it will say if it is an instant, also an instant will have to knobs on the front one having pre-heat written by it, Oh and add me as a friend so i can pm you.

    No diaphragm in that diverter and as said are a pig to replace, the pressure diff can be inspected by removing the dhw diff and CAREFULLY easing it away to see if the spindle on the rear section of the diff is freely moving in and out. The front diff is held in place by a u clip and the 2 small...

    It will be either the diverter valve or the rear of the pressure diff stuck slightly in the heating position i work on these every day and its a common problem. Is this an instant or non-instant?
