Thanks for your response. Are my calculations correct? If I went for the 687 door with 450- 453 left for the microwave that should fit with about 7-10 mm left to fill? Am I leaving anything out?

They also do a door which is 687 tall. If I went for the larger microwave could I just swap that for the 723 door?

Not very wide at all, only a mm probably. Just a hairline crack. But I want to sort it before it widens any more as it appears on the wall inside as well.

the problem is most likely settlement due to the first floor extension a couple of years ago. the crack only appears between the door frame and first floor window so pretty sure it's not subsidence.
