    Seem to be getting an excessive amount of air in two radiators, need bleeding every couple of weeks. Boiler is two years old and a Worcester combi. Any ideas?? Didn't have an air issue before.

    Has anybody come across a problem with a baxi Solo 3 continually sooting up on the right hand side of heat exchanger. Changed pilot burner and injector but it still soots up. Any advice is appreciated

    Rain leaking under tiles

    My extension roof (tiled) is too shallow and during heavy rain water comes through a extractor fan tile where felt has been cut. Apart from re building the roof is there a sealant i can use to run along the tiles?? Bit of a bodge but might do the trick.

    Worcester 9.24, must be nearly 20 years old and done its time. i would guess parts obsolete as well. I'd recommend Worcester 34 Cdi classic with a 5 year warranty.
