My extension roof (tiled) is too shallow and during heavy rain water comes through a extractor fan tile where felt has been cut. Apart from re building the roof is there a sealant i can use to run along the tiles?? Bit of a bodge but might do the trick.

Squirting sealant on roof tiles is a very short term fix. Roof tiles inevitably shift about during changes in temperature and through wind load and are subject to the harshest end of the weather.

All you will end up doing is making a mess of the roof tiles and still end up with a leak.

You either need a better fix or a big tarp' if you are not to be disappointed.

Consider changing the tile for a weathering slate with 110mm pipe and rain cap.
