Thanks for all the advice. I can confirm (having had it checked by a former Renault main dealer) that the indicators only flash when an alarm is fitted, and it is not a standard fitment on the Authentique, no matter what the handbook says!

The indicators on my '02 Espace do not flash when locking or unlocking the car, but work for turning, hazard lights etc. The central locking is otherwise working fine. Does anyone have any ideas please?

My three year old Megane failed its first MoT test at the supplying Renault dealer because the emissions were too high, due they said to the coils being faulty. After some pressure Renault replaced them free of charge as they said that there had been a faulty batch!!

My 93' Mondeo is slowly leaking fluid from the steering rack. Is it possible to seal this, or would I need to have a new rack fitted (that possibly might cost more than the car is worth?).
