It seems to be moving free...I did try and adjust the grey screw a bit either way so the float didn't come up as far and same issue, the float does seems to be moving freely, can't think what else to try..? Thanks for the reply as well...!

I think the bell box was paired as a "Bell" and it needed to be paired as a "Radio Bell"......or something like that, if it makes sense. the guys were good and sorted it staright away...

Yes mate it did...all detectors and contacts are working and the panel sets and unsets and goes into alarm......its just the bell box that doesnt sound ....but the tamper on the bell box works..? Think Ineed someone who knows the kit to look at it...

Buy cheap..?...thought this was quite a good and higher end system..??
