    Legionella and flexipipes

    Just had a Legionella risk assessment done and plumber says the flexible pipes connecting the copper pipes to the taps need replacing. Does anyone know do they have to be replaced with copper pipe or are there WRAS flexible pipes that satisfy the Legionella regs? Thanks

    I'm wanting to install a new 3kW under the counter water heater. I was going to use the existing supply to the old water heater which is on the ring-main. The consumer unit has no RCD. My question is, do new water heaters need to be protected by an RCD? Thanks.
