Where can i get a plastic or metal vent from?

Good Evening, I have a hole in my bedroom wall for an airvent that measures 10x9inches. I am having trouble getting hold of a vent to cover this hole. The biggest vents i can find measure 9x9inches. Does anyone know where i can a big vent from to cover this hole? 12x12 or similar? Cheers Danny.
