That was the only bit that caught my eye, just wasn't sure if it was supposed to look like that or not. There wasn't loads of water running down so I guess it could be a pretty small crack.

100% not a waste water leak, there is nothing above where the water is apart from the straight pipe going out through the ceiling and then through the roof.
