Sewer option is out due to is location, also the kitchen is right below the WC (The waste pipe is actually boxed in at the corner of the kitchen) but other issues outside kake moving the stack a pain.

Yeah me thinks moving the stak my be more trouble than it's worth. I take it the outlet could be turned 45 degrees to accommodate a corner pan just connecting straight onto it. BTW Just noticed your a fellow Ulsterman.
