Sorted the problem with cold rads, balancing! My problem is my return pipe near the boiler is loads colder than that of the out pipe (ie when I hold it, it's tepid) when I hold the other one it's so hot I can't touch it x

Think you might be right D-Hailsham.... I have been watching him closely as I am curious.... He just goes to the rad in question ie cold one and fiddles with both sides and says right I can feel its getting hot now.... oh and doesn't remove the trv's.
