Im just thinking if I do not fix it now it could corrode the socket the pipe goes in the Spigot then loose the chance to just change the seal.
But alternativly do not want to open a can of worms.
I had a gas safety certificate done and the engineer noticed abit of water in boilor.
Tennant had to top pressure up 2 months ago . Boilor still on pressure still high so only a small leak.
The engineer stated in on heat ex pipes.
Stated be new boilor. After doing some research on Internet...
If I get electrician to oin the cooker cables and blank box off with blanking plate.
The circuit is on its own supply with rcd protection.
If this is done is this compliant to pass EICR ?
He thinks it may need a flush. Im thinking of just going with flush now. All radiators are hit and red on thermal camera. Could it still be abit of sludge causing it ?
Here is a better picture. Could tjese valves be blocked up causing bamging.
Or if they got shut off to chamge 3 port could the valves of not bee. Fully opened or seized ?

When a engineer changed a 3 port valve 2 months ago this bamging started. I am not at the property.
But if they shut the pump valve to work on 3 port and not opened back up fully could this cause the banging
