It's a double switch which operates the light and fan

No other problems these lights were on a metal plate not into the ceiling could it be the switch I say this because the fan not working and this is operated by the double switch along with the lights

We have tried to change this to a ceiling rose but it still doesn't work and as said the extractor fan does nt work either

No it does not trip

Last night when I switched on en-suite light they blew and tripped on resetting the fuse the lights still don't work (have replaced Bulbs )and the extractor fan won't work either they both are operated from a double switch positioned outside the en-suite. Any thoughts Thanks in advance...

hi sorry its the cylinder and it has 1 element near the bottm and it trips the rcd if you try to set the boost switch

Hi my problem is the hot water is not working it's heated by a horstman economy 7quartz control it's normally heated off peak but as it didn't work I tried to heat the water by the boost switch and it tripped any ideas what the fault could be and how to repair it Thanks in advance
