I am in the process of replacing an internal wooden door. I need to plane approx 2mm of the side of the door for it to fit. What side would be the best to plane this small amount off the lock or hinge side.

Thanks foxhole I have placed an order for the blade you recommended. Just wondered were you actually aware that some of Dewalt’s DC390 circular saws takes a 16mm bore saw blade and not the usual 20mm.
