Hi All Update on this. Used chisel to remove the rock hard silicone. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a few cracks and holes where silicone was attached to plaster. The dark area is residual mould from the leak. Cleaning it frequently but guess it could takes ages to dry out? When it’s dry...

I can’t shift it. Tried pulling back to front of washer, lifting, left to right. I think the only way it will go is if I snap it upwards and backwards from the loose end. Not sure that’s a good idea.

Hi All We’ve got a two year old LG washing machine. Noticed today that one of the small metal plates sitting on the drum has become dislodged. (Photos) I’ve tried resetting it but no cigar. Also doesn’t help as it’s still attached at the other end. Is there a quick fix for this issue? Thanks

It’s odd. I thought I’d solved it. Tightened so that none of the external thread on the isolator was visible. Connected water and it was shooting out. Guess it pushed the washer out of kilter? Normally, there is some of the thread visible when tightened fully. Is that what you’d expect? All I...
