Lillies and fuchsias?

Hi

First image is fuchsia bush in front garden. I’d it normal to see dead and developed (somewhat?) flowers on the same branches?

Second image is lilies in back garden border. They only flowered for a few weeks, so guess they must have been Asiatic variety? (Can’t recall what we bought) I haven’t pruned but looks like they’ve been decapitated? Should I cut the dying stems now? Where should I cut etc?
