Quick question chaps... Can I use an exterior grout to refix the tiles that have slipped/cracked?

Looking at them, they do appear to be complete. So if they have cracked they will need replacing and if not they can be pushed back into place? Can you tell be how they are held up. I've yet to get the ladder out to take a look?

Chaps, The bottom line is, I cannot move into property with family till this is done. If I need to jump through council hoop the builder I have will be on another job whivh will massively delay everything. I really just need to understand the implications.

It's not that I don't want approval, it's just that I need the job doing quickly.

Sorry, The measurement for the wall is actually 3.2 metres. Hopefully, you guys can give me an approximate cost that won't make me want to kill myself, this time ;-)
