Its a route pole No, I take no service from it I need the pole removed as I want to build in the area. I don't want payment, it doesnt have a wayleave and I am certainly not entering into one. As I understand they have no right for it to be there and I want it removed off my property.

I have served Openreach with a "Section 40" notice to remove a pole from my garden that has been confirmed has no Wayleave. Openreach have no responded to say that they cannot remove the pole because it would be "too complex of solution to try and carry out"! Can they do that? Anyone know...

Update... Finally just tried the schrader valve and it is indeed Niagra falls, which i guess it need to get someone in to get the expansion vessel replaced. Question... Can I ask a 2nd part to this question to see if I also have a 2nd issue (or confirm the issue is related)...

Funny you should say that, before today I would have said no but during today I noticed that heating went from a standing 1.9 Bar (overnight pressure test) to 3.5 bar 20 mins after the heating went on... obviously the PRV was dripping at that point. I don't know if that is total coinsidence...
