Thanks Sparky appreciate your efforts...I'll check - might be set for 2,700 secs ! I think I did check them though against the default settings and nothing appeared untoward - I was looking to see if the default 15Min Bell Duration and some other 030 Min default might somehow be connected but...

..just via Testing the Outputs TBH. I'll be back tomorrow so can try playing around/setting/activate a little - anything you might suggest could come into play with the settings ? Again, appreciate the help - it used to have a regular/annual check but it's been some time now I suspect.....

Thanks for the reply. I've been over to my parents this afternoon to try take a look and get my head around the P48 Installation Guide and settings etc... Unfortunately the property is now empty and whilst replacing a PIR (temp omitted)will hopefully avoid further disruption to the neighbours...

By chance there was another Alarm activation from the same Zone/PIR early hours of this morning o it might seem that should be changed but again the Speech Dialler didn't make the call until 45 mins after Alarm/Bell activation ? MTIA again for any thoughts...
