I have not paid them yet, i spoke to them earlier and explained what i wanted to do. They said it was notifiable and would send me the form so that i can lodge the application. I will just ignore this form as i found out that if i get a registered electrician to do the job, then i do not...

I thought the FCU or fused spur only come as 13A standard? Does that mean you can simply replace the 13A fuse with a 3A fuse? Does this explain why i cant located a 3A FCU?
