Hi bought some ronseal diamond hard varnish clear matt today anyone used this was told they only sell polyurathen varnish in spray cans now

hi there got to screed my floor of new extension this weekend was told by bc that i needed a 25mm upstand of insulation round the room whitch i have done but is this right as i have here. this is were the 4.2m door will be,do i need it were the door will be or do i screed right up to the brickwork?

with the taps they used to work fine on full but over time they have got worse..as for the other problem are you saying that it could be the gas valve i would not attempt that job but was just trying to figure whats up with it so i can price it up cheers :D
