    Rubber flooring, how and where.

We bought some rubber matting a while back for a small section at work, we needed it when we where moving materials across a wood floor. Oven door hinge

It may be that a latch in the mechanism is broken. These things are designed to snap in and out of open. Is the door fitted with two mechanisms? If so, They might have to be on the correct sides. Other than that I don't know.

    Garden Project

I'd say this is doable yourself. I think the only problem is with the earth. If you can find a place to ditch the top soil then the rest is simple. But then again, first ask for a few quotes, see what sort of price your looking at.

    Re-turfing a lawn

You can lay turf all year around. Just make sure you don't lay it on frozen ground, this could damage the turf and it probably wont grow. Although you won't see much result if you lay the turf now, you can be sure that come winter it would be well seated for the cold weather.

Daughter inherits overgrown garden at their rented house

Absolute rubbish, haha. But seriously, this is the sort of thing the landlord should sort out before the tenants move in. Where there any verbal agreements that where made before your daughter and her husband moved in. For example, did the landlord say he would clean the mess before they moved...
