its most prob ur pump nw to check this ur turn power and take live out of pump and put it in to a connector block, then turn power on, ul find that the fuse wont blow,
feel flow and return pipe on boiler, if flow and return is red hot then u know its the stat, if the flow is red hot and the return is cool then it would be sludge or pump.
ideal, say no more, they ear that gud our company wont take the boilers on contract, u probably av to change the board soon or l8er, apperently the fans to cause the boards to burn out from to much resistance,
i remmeber that apperently the installation was done tidy, but the guy went down because he was a plumber, and wasn't corgi. if he was to of been corgi he would of got away with it. leave them where they are in the boxes.
by checking if microswitch, dissconect power to boiler, and do continuity test across microswitch terminals, if your getting continuity then u know its duffed.
yea i think so, siemans made in china far cheaper than most things, speaking to a rep of horsemann products you just cant compete against their prices,
when running water the pin will push the microswitch which then tells the boiler to fire. but wot can happen is that microswitch could be faulty where its making rather than breaking and therefore creating a demand. as because of this the diaghragm inside the diverter valve body is allowing the...
dont quite understand in wot is going on but it sounds as if the microswitch could be faulty and there fore creating a demand, therefore rads getting hot. disconnctct lead on microswitch.
buy a wireless siemans room stat, they are good and 1 of the cheapest. all u need is your permant live and stat connections from boiler to your tansmiter, then comissioning your receiver to transmitter which is straight forward.
