How do I see error codes on my Bosch KGU32121GB/02 fridge freezer

I am sure folks here are much more experienced than me but I once had a problem with a ball cock valve on my cistern. A piston was supposed to move smoothly along a cylinder and block or unblock the hole where water was coming in. However due toi a build up of detrius, the piston got stuck...

Blue plastic thingy - used when radiator hangs on bracket

These were used to reduce expansion/contraction noise when a metal radiator hangs on metal brackets. Does anyone know if they are still available and where can I get them please (er any colour will be fine).

    Is this water hammer?

Could you maybe put vaseline inside the mechanism (if you can get to it, that is) and see if that makes any difference ? At least it may help eliminate one possible cause ?

The diagram did show the drain hole which was blocked. There was ice, not visible, UNDERNEATH the drip collection tray and its hole (as arrowed). This space was about 0.5mm but the hole was also frozen. I poured half an egg cup of warm water on the hole, then using a thing plastic tube...
