im trying to change my front pads on a mondeo 18.00ltr year 2000.
as i havent got a manual im struggling ive got as far as taking the spring clip off. anyone know the next step ?
its about combi boilers in general. this is wot i think i know. with a combi boiler you dont have a cwsc or hwc, so im guessing the cold taps are mains fed and teed off to combi for hot water. if this is right where do i get my feeds for hot and cold if i want to plumb in a manual mixer shower...
this is a bit long winded but bear with me. I was planning to plumb a manual mixer shower in by running pipe from hwc to the hot and teeing off the cold bath tap, but after looking in airing cupboard there was absolutely no room to do anything, so i thought there seems like enough pressure at...
thanks for advice. just one more thing. the pipe run for the hot water will be roughly 4 mtrs, would that normally be a pump job or is that ok for gravity fed bearing in mind it is just normal size hwc.
i want to tee off the hot water cylinder for shower, how far up the pipe will the hot water reach. basically what im trying to say is if i tee off just into the loft and then pipe across to the shower will it gravity feed up the pipe enough to get pressure.
2 things really. first is how do i know if i have enough pressure to install shower, and secondly when i tee off the hot water cylinder is it best to go up into loft and across or down under floor boards and across. Also shower will be fitted to external wall, if i chisel out runs for pipework...
