ive had a good search but cant find anything relating to drain holes is it something i need to drill in?

with the heavy downpours of late ive noticed my patio doors leak water in the lower left (corner). Am I right in thinking I should have drain holes in the lower stills (see pic) Also would adding door drips fix it? is this a drain hole ?

ahh got ya, well the person who fitted the kitchen also work with the plumber hiding the pipes so id say its safe to say he knew where they where

No, its an Ikea kitchen (so no space behind the cupboards) so the plumber had to sink them into the wall from which they where plastered... The did make some creaking when the heating went on but thats kind of settled down/stopped

No damp patch, the wall is covered though with units and tiles so it would be difficult to see

Does the cost to fix that sort of work fall upon the person who did it? and should they fix it for free?

Well in terms of fixing it (if it is that pipe) im going to have to remove tiles, chisel out parts of a wall and remove bits of a kitchen - the cost to do that basically

What product would you suggest? Would it not look a little strange having 2 different colours? Would it make sense to try and match them?

I think the floor is tropical (may be wrong) the stairs are very light. Bit unsure what to do here so it looks ok. Im guessing with the 2 different species its not going to be possible to get a colour match? What would you propose the best solution would be? [/img]
