Consumer act says I must give him the opportunity to, but really lost confidence in his abilities.
How can I ensure that the work is done properly and any covered rotten wood is discoverable.

Tradesman is asking to settle the bill and I’m concerned if I do so that there will be no incentive to correct these mistakes during the time frame that my scaffold is paid for.
