hi all having a spot of trouble with one of these on the hot water side ch fine when a tap was turned hw was going through the rads so changed the dv and cleaned d h h ex this seems to of improved performance but just occasionally theres nothing according to customer

hi all had a look at one of these thurs keeps coming up fault code 4 i think this is an overheat fault i have changed both thermistors but still flashing 4 it did run for about 2 mins today then cut out again pumps run fan runs checked condensate any ideas thanks

Hi thanks have changed the pump because it blow a couple of fuses but still no power to pump from wiring centre also changed PCB in Dec 3 port valve seems to be moving and doing its thing have power at boiler power on purple wire in pcb Have no light on overheat

where did you find the fuse i think mines gone and cant see it for looking probably right in front of me

hi guys have been to look at one of these today no hot water c h is fine a little hot water comes out on switch over then stops i am not familiar with these have been reading a thread about diaphragms and pins guessing to do with diverter valve could my problem be the flow switch if not wheres...

my makita charger stopped working today had it apart like you do i think its the internal fuse but it looks like its soldered in to the pcb is there a way to change it model no dc24wa

forgot to a little d came up in the display for a second or two

have just been to look at one of these the hot water is fine but have no heating i opened the diverter valve manually which seemed to do the job is it a faulty valve or is it possibly something else which should tell the valve to open a switch or pcb many thanks i am a gas safe installer waiting...

hi can any one point me in the right direction old man down the road boiler does not all ways light fan seems to be running just not sparking when does everything gets nice and hot its just seems to be intermittent at the moment thanks for looking :lol:

if the expansion vessel is knackered its right at the back i guess the boiler has to come off the wall to replace it could i put another one in line somewhere ??

can any one help my baxi 105e will not keep its pressure after the heating has been on the pressure just drops back to zero top it up again and all is fine until the heating starts to cool all radiators are full so i guess no leaking pipe work could it be the expansion vessel

been replacing the old boilermate system with a new combi drained down heating side anyway refilled thinking i could leave them with hot water via the immersion but still no hot water not having come accross one of these before am i doing somthing wrong
