makita charger ??

my makita charger stopped working today had it apart like you do i think its the internal fuse but it looks like its soldered in to the pcb is there a way to change it model no dc24wa

If it is the fuse, I suppose you could solder a new one across the terminals of the old one. But you have to consider what caused the original fuse to blow in the first place. Just had a look inside mine and it appears to be a 2.5amp fuse.
