Evening all, Noticed that our boiler seems to be dripping from the bottom of the boiler itself. It’s a baxi boiler that was in when we moved in and looks very old. We’ve noticed it leaks sometimes when boiler is on and sometimes when it’s off it can go a while though we no leaking at all...

Hey all just looking for any help / advice! The corner of the outdoor wall below is wet and causing the corner on the opposite side of the wall on the inside of the house to become wet too! Any advice on how I could dry and outdoor wall at all ?

Hey all just wondered if anyone had any tips on removing black mould from a painted bathroom ceiling? Any advice is massively appreciated

How would i go about solving that ? Would A photo of the front help as there is wet corners upstairs and downstairs there ?

This is the back outside, only the wet wall downstairs here, the front of the house has the wet wall lower and upper

So it’s in the two corners of the same wall on ground floor and one corner in a bedroom directly above

Laminate and skirting don’t seem to be wet only seems to be the corner itself. I have the side that’s wet with the bedroom directly above who’s corner is wet and then the corner on the other side of the room is wet however the room above that corner isn’t experiencing wet

So once I’ve tired it out it stays that way for a good few days maybe 3-5 and then becomes wet to touch again
