I've check the access holes in the bends and i'm pretty sure its not a blockage. The water does not rise that much just about 3 inches above the normal water level. But it just doesnt push the tissue down with it.

its not an ecomax or a turbomax i dont think. its pretty old about 8 years. The hot water does work. There is no digital display on the boiler so there cannot be a fault message. I think i may have lost pressure cos i took air out of the radiators. hope that helps.
