no heating or hot water valiant boiler

The flame on my valiant boiler refuses to ignite, so i have no hot water or heating.

The boiler is about 7-8 years old. its the one with the black board with green knobs. with about 7 indicator lights on the left. the top 3 usually come on, but they arent coming on now.

The fourth one (has a picture of a house next to it) comes and and stays on.

I've tried switching it on and off but no luck.

What can i do ?

I think the selector switch has an extra spring loaded reset position although its not marked on the panel.

Have you tried that?

Of course we assume that the water pressure is correct ?

Thats an ambitious guess! Probably a little older than that. The house indicates that the fan is running and proved by the APS, however if it does nothing after this I would expect ignition lockout to come next(red light). You can try reseting as tony has suggested. More details if possible please.
