My newly installed toilet does not flush away the tissue properly.
Its a brand new WC so theres nothing wrong with the parts inside. The water level is to the top (an inch below the overflow pipe). When i flush it all the water does drain from the cistern. However some of the water rises in the bowl and so does the tissue. When the water level falls back down to the normal level in the bowl the tissues remain.
I dont think theres a blockage because the water does drain away quite quickly after it rises into the bowl, (but the tissue remains)
The slant out of the WC seems to be fine. The 4 inch stack is vented outside. But there are a few pipes that go onto the stack.
What could the problem be?
