Just found out the name for the container is a cartridge. Presumably a cartridge gun is needed, although I read online that there is a finger tip control cartridge. I suppose this is not what I have got.....

It looked easy to use but when I got it home and read the 'instructions', there was no explanation of how to open it. I cut the plastic top off with a knife to get to the glue (not easy), then screwed on the long black nozzle, but it wouldn't come out. The cylinder doesn't seem to be squeezable...
