Any ideas why it took the Vokera technicians nearly a year and over 20 visits to fix the problem. I would expect an installation error to be picked up on day one. What was the final resolution? Can we expect Vokera engineers to be this efficient on all there boiler repairs?

Thanks boilerman 2, the reason i joined this site was to learn and get views from experienced engineers like yourself and DC. I will change Cap early next week and update you both on progress. That's aslong as terrywookfit doesn't get there first.
