Adding a garden tap to a garden some way from the house...

What about just buying a good quality hose (like a gardena) and part burying that? Lay the rest along the surface. Disconnect it in the winter, it'll last years and years in my experience. You could collect rainwater off the garage too?

    Weed Matting

You will eventually get weeds growing in the gravel/shingle I would say grass is low maintenance An area like that you could even just cover it in wildflower seeds and cut it once a year

    Garden Bark Blowing About

What grade of bark is it? Larger tends to blow about less

Cuprinol *Rich Oak* fence paint is discontinued - seeking a very similar dark colour?

I wanted to buy a pot of green fence paint, last year I think it was. All the shops have pallets and pallets of every shade of grey fence paint. That's the latest fashion. In the past I've mixed together 2 different colours of fence paint to get a different shade of brown.

    Extending height of garden gate

Both you and your neighbour already have spikes on the top? If you don't mind the place looking like a prison, a few horizontal strands of barbed wire (going over your neighbour's gate too) would be ideal

    Dented laminate worktop

Howdens used to give you a free trivet when you bought a kitchen, that would do!

Increase water level in toilet bowl

I've also got a compost toilet down the bottom of the garden, closest thing to a flush is a small sprinkle of sawdust. Beautiful place to go for a dump on a spring morning, sun coming through the trees, birds tweeting away, etc

    Dunster House log cabin pre-treatment?

From Dunster House: "All of our garden buildings have pressure-treated floor bearers as standard. All our Pressure Treated timber is for Use Class 3" -- From the Wood Protection Association: "Use Class 3 is for end uses where wood is used outdoors NOT in contact with the ground."

How do I remove these cable ties

Easy to slip with a knife, side cutters are good for cable ties. Shame you've already bought some, they had them in lidl, 2 for a fiver https://www.lidl.co.uk/p/parkside-hand-tool-assortment/p10028874?pageId=10069813

    What's this stihl attachment for?

I've got a set of crampons I've used for strimming steep banks before

    Bridging the gap

Garage door threshold strip? Or go to a local fabricators and get a strip of alloy chequer plate?

    Restoring Metal Patio Furniture

A couple of times a year Lidl/Aldi sell their own brand direct to metal paint, about £5 for a litre, so a fraction of the price of hammerite, and just as good imo. For a quick tidy up I would go over all the metal work with a wire brush/scraper then slap on some paint.

    Overboard 12x8 shed

It's a cool looking shed, I hope you don't lose the look of it!

Summer house water penetration (through loose knots) (Ed.)

Tbh it probably wouldn't be a problem if you hadn't painted the inside. For a start you could paint the outside with something more water repellent like Sadolin or Bedec Barn Paint
