At first it was mv on 2 port valve tripping rcd...new pcb fitted now that doing it....
I have just read that theres a modified board out there would it be worth just buying one of those??
Well, called the engineer out today and he has diagnosed the pcb..!!......only replaced 2weeks ago....so im on to the ebay guy i got it from and seeing if i can go and collect it.....
Only had time before work this am,to notice that....

Really bloody cold this am aswel!!....
Twgas,
I have had a engineer out to replace motorised valve on top of 2 port, and all was fine until this morning...could this be more sinister...'read'..expensive...?..
Well, after sorting out one problem, thanks to all your help my boiler now has another problem...
each time i tray to use the boiler the pilot light tries to ignite then immediatly trips the rcd...so now i cannot even turn it on at all....
No hot water/heating/nothing....
Any ideas
Sorry guys for the late reply...
Its NOT the pump....it was the 2 port vale feeding the main rads..!!.
i really appreciate all your help, finally disconnected the power to main rad 2 port vale and all has been running fine :D .... had to take out orange, grey and white wires on this valve...
Well small update....
1st 1 have 3x 2port valves...not 3port as first thought..
I ran the hot water all night no problems, got to look this morning..pushed the lever makered lougne rads to open, heating rads 5 mins then boom trips the lot....
so i tried opening the other port marked main...

Indeed RCD is tripped...i have 3 motorised valves around the pump one of which doesnt seem to do anything!!...
Its a potterton suprema 50...i have had the usual pcb fault and have had a new board fitted,so no lockout problem..just this ch problem!...
