Sorry guys for the late reply...
Its NOT the pump....it was the 2 port vale feeding the main rads..!!.
i really appreciate all your help,finally disconnected the power to main rad 2 port vale and all has been running fine
.... had to take out orange,grey and white wires on this valve but all is ok as of now...seems it was stuck on open..
I would like to thank everyeone that pointed me in the right direction....
