Yep that be them. I took the 5A that i'd blown into the Electrical Wholesalers and the boy behind the counter gave me fuses for a plug!!!!!!

Was only a passing thought as I had a nightmare getting new fuses. Thought it might save me some effort in the long run.

Probably not much help to you, but I experienced this in a Ford Fiesta many years ago. I didn't crash, luckily I took my foot off the pedal and pushed it again and stopped....... There must be other cases like this??

Just a quick one. I read that your supposed to mount a consumer unit on a board, which I understand. If your putting a CU in a garage, are you allowed to attach the CU directly to the wall???
