Hi - have a 1kw (might be less) wall mounted heater that's using a 13A plug. Is this acceptable according to the regulations? Or should it be on an FCU. P.S. we are selling - so looking for things that might get picked up.

Hmm - loosened two of the screws that hold the valve head - water started dripping out, screwed back up quickly. I guess that suggests the seals have gone on the body? P.S. Didn't say earlier we are talking a 30 year old valve here.

Was quite suprised at the state of this (house is 25 years old). Thick layer of dust and muck over everything inside the box (in addition to the couple of bits of plaster that fell in when I pulled it forward). Was wondering how much of a hazard that much dust is.
