Re-roof cost ball park

Looking at replacing the roof on a church hall. Building is 12m * 8m, ridge lengthways and I count 25 rows of tiles each side (steeper pitch than average house). Need a full strip, felt, batten, tile (new), ridge and flashing to the front gable. Scaffold as a two storey house.

Anyone any ideas on ball park figures - £15+k?
