Looking for a 4-wire smoke alarm

https://www.aico.co.uk/product/ei146e-optical-smoke-alarm/ This product seems to fit my requirement. I assume the yellow wire in my photo is the interlink wire. Can someone confirm please? Thanks

Looking for a 4-wire smoke alarm

Aico do those I just checked. But these require only 3 wired connections. I assume that the interconnector (yellow) can be made redundant as the alarms will be interconnected wireless.

Looking for a 4-wire smoke alarm

Actually I have 3 of these on the landings of the three floors. I showed the 3rd floor landing celling on the photo. Currently they are disconnected and I have battery operated Fire Angels in operation in these places. But I hate those, as they beep for no reason and no amount of vacuuming...

Looking for a 4-wire smoke alarm

Hi all, I am trying to find a smoke (or smoke and CO) alarm to go with my current set-up. I have shown a photo of the connector on the ceiling. As you can see, there are 4 wires there. I assume there is an alarm out there with 4 wires coming out to install here? When I Google, I only find...

Best 4-camera CCTV system under £350?

Ok...apologies in advance. You will spot my ignorance on the subject very soon. I know that each product has its merits & there is no guarantee to say one lasts longer than the other. I also know it is difficult to compare brands/products as they vary in features. I want a system with 4...

    Electric Shower Bristan B85 replacement

Sorry delmel for the late response. It is over 12 years old & there was a talk about limescale causing the issue. Electrician recommended it is better to replace rather than look for parts for this discontinued shower. So we replaced it. Couldn't make the tenant suffer without the shower as we...

    Electric Shower Bristan B85 replacement

Thanks Terryplumb. Its a 8.5kw. Just spoke with Bristan customer service and they say all their showers have the same connectors (or has the ability to connect to) & can be replaced with older models. Only issue is that they said that the footprint will be slightly smaller than the older...

    Electric Shower Bristan B85 replacement

Electrician says that this now needs to be replaced. We are keen on finding a replacement with similar pipe connections. So what is the best replacement so that I don't need to get a plumber in to change the plumbing to fit? Please help if you can. Thanks
