Have boarded out my man cave in the garden inside with osb 3 board
I'd like to paint it to give a bit of extra light.
I'm not bothered about having a smooth finish, I'm happy to have the osb rough finish, I'm just wary about the paint being sucked in and blowing the board or...
Am i right in thinking that if i fill the void between the roof joists completely with PIR insulation (6 inch) this will in essence eradicate the cold void and remove the need to ventilate the roof space?

I have my suspicions over these tiles anyway.
What is there purpose of being down in the first place?
Could previous owners have known the DPM had failed and they laid down a covering of these bitumen/vinyl tiles as a DPM layer?

How about if I used a surface dpm paint/epoxy, then use the polyurethane resin as a final top layer of dpm protection, to then lie the underlay and laminate on to of?

Digging up the floor will be my absolute last resort, if no surface dpm can be used and be adequate.
